A real estate professional since 1987, Martha’s experience and expertise allows her to guide her clients smoothly through the process from start to finish. She truly enjoys helping her clients successfully buy, sell and rent real estate and has built friendships with many of them.  With the Baird & Warner team behind her Martha is able to provide the best possible service marketing, negotiating, showing and making sure her client's homes close whether they are buying or selling.

Martha is a lifetime Chicago resident who grew up on the north side in Sauganash.  Her family owned and operated banks, sold real estate and were licensed appraisers, so becoming a real estate professional is a perfect fit.  Her degree from Loyola University is in marketing.

Martha's Specialties
Residential Real Estate is her specialty with single family, condominium and multi-unit properties as the main focus. She has also sold a number of developments; one being the lead broker who sold 110 units at The Skybridge Condominium Building in Chicago. Although she has assisted clients all over Chicago and parts of Indiana, Martha focuses most of her business in the Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Ravenswood, Lincoln Square, Bucktown, Ukrainian Village, East Village, Chicago Loop and West Loop neighborhoods. She prides herself on her knowledge of Chicago’s neighborhoods and their unique history.

Licensed in both Illinois and Indiana, Martha assists her clients who need to move out of the area through her strong referral network. She works with a variety of clients. She treats each as an individual, listens to their needs while providing market knowledge and expertise every step of the real estate process. Martha has lived in Ukrainian Village for the past 30 years. When not focused on business, she makes sure she is always active and enjoys playing golf, yoga, cooking, travel, gardening, and reading.  She loves spending time with family, friends and entertaining at home. An avid Chicagoan she is passionate about Chicago sports and truly appreciates the city’s diverse culture, history and architecture.

Commitment to the Industry
Martha has been a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors Grievance Committee since 2003. She is committed to upholding the professional standards and ethics in Chicago’s Real Estate community. She most recently served as the 2010-2011 chairperson of this committee. She is a National Association of Realtors certified Mediator and has mediated a number of cases since 2014.

She is known for her listening skills, organization, attention to detail, knowledge and enthusiasm when working with her clients.
